My lamps are made from hand-marbled paper, and each one is carefully crafted by hand. Because of the materials, they can be fragile, so please handle them with care when unpacking.

If you need to return or exchange your lamp, just get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. The lamp must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please note:• Custom or made-to-order lamps are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.• I can’t accept returns on items that are damaged after arrival due to mishandling.

To start a return or exchange, email me at hannah@marbledbyme.com with your order number and a brief note about what’s wrong. I’ll guide you from there.

I usually ship within 3–5 business days for ready-made lamps.Made-to-order pieces can take up to 1 - 2 weeks.

Shipping is tracked, and the cost is calculated at checkout based on where you are. Once your order is on its way, I’ll send you the tracking details by email.
